Launch
The morning after launch went somewhat like the following. I woke up like usual, already going over what I had to work on for that day. I do, for some reason, always have client work or new ideas on the brain. The coffee arrives, and we extend into what consultants do best - talking about other consultants, new ideas, innovations and what we could do to expose and better profile our global services.
Whether it be at the breakfast room, or in the car at 4 pm, I'm always thinking of ways to improve upon what has been done before. Would that label me as a workaholic? Possibly. Would that show that I'm very involved in all of my client work? Definitely. We continue to gossip about some of the new inventors we are working with; how they will be faring in the real world, when their inventions have been properly launched.
So after all the breakfast talka and going through all of the work in my head, I decided to check out my statistics for the Italian road show. The fact that our traffic had nearly quadrupled was surprising. My collegue says she has some files that I might want to look at. We try to think out a logical explenation.
Now, we can handle our locations from any part of the world with a broadband Internet connection. Things have to be maintained easy to use and they should support fast learning.
